When will my order be processed?

What shipping company do you use?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel

What about duties and taxes?

All orders are shipped duty-paid worldwide. If you receive any import duty invoice, simply send it to us and we will cover the cost.

What happens if the shipping address is incorrect?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@golfsons.com.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Please check the email address you used at checkout to ensure you receive this notification. The tracking link may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Don’t worry — this simply means your package has been shipped and is on its way.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of payment if a mistake was made. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order at contact@golfsons.com

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your items, as long as they are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I return an item?

Contact our customer service at contact@golfsons.com, place the item in its original packaging and ship it to our return address provided to you by email.

What are the return conditions?

Do not remove the security tag. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Clearance items, underwear, and personalized products cannot be returned.

What is the refund method?

The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

Contact us within 5 days of receipt for return and refund.

What is the responsibility regarding returns?

Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them. Please retain proof of postage. We do not refund any taxes or customs duties.
